Returns & Exchanges

At Aelfric Eden, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Shipping Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

Drop Off Package

Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
